All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or product information without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LunaHem for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Our trademarks, trade dress, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LunaHem or its affiliates. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any proprietary content from our site for commercial purposes without express authorization.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund to the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
